Everett Rovers FC Inclusive

We are a pan-disability team for boys and girls with Downs Syndrome, Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties and physical disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy.  Our players range in age from 6 to 19.  If you are unable to play mainstream football for whatever reason come join us.

We started in October 2015 with one player (who is still with us) and have grown quickly with 50 players now signed on with 35+ coming to each training session.  We are one of the largest, if not the largest disability clubs in Hertfordshire.

Although we all train side-by-side we split training into 3 groups; our older players, younger more able and younger less able.  This allows every player to get involved and to get lots of time on the ball.  To do this we have 6 adult and 3 youth coaches – all with a current DBS, safeguarding and first aid trained.

In 2017 we were Winners of the Mayor of Watford Audentior award for services to the disabled 2017 and Herts Sports Partnership Disability club of the year award 2017

Every month we play matches against other inclusive teams from across Hertfordshire through our involvement in Herts Youth Inclusive Football (HYIF).

Our players also get the chance to represent Watford FC inclusive team.  We have played matches against Arsenal FC, Manchester City FC, Norwich City FC, MK Dons FC, Stoke City, West Ham United, AFC Bournemouth and many more.
