Inspire Suffolk- DS active session

October 2010 saw Inspire Suffolk team up with DSActive to launch a football programme designed specifically for 5 to 25 year olds living in Suffolk with Downs’s syndrome. Inspire Suffolk offers young people with Downs’s syndrome the chance to play regular football in a comfortable yet challenging environment. It helps those involved not only improve their fitness and football skills but also their confidence, self-esteem and the chance for them to meet new people and make friends.
